Visa Bulletin July 2022 Analysis

Just as we expect, India EB3 didn’t change for dates for filing applications and final action date. This time, it doesn’t display that there will be much movement for India EB3 until this year 2022 September.

India EB3 final action date did advance by just 3 months, and the date for filing application was moved a bit by 1 month. As we understand that this movement is not what major green cards applicants expected, but it gives hope that a retrogression is not on the horizon.

Can We Expect More Movement In Visa Bulletin August 2022?

There is no expectation that the India EB3 will move in August or even in September. It might occur that both the final action date and date for filing application might move a little foe India EB2. And as we estimated, it might be moved by 3 months.

All you have to do is to open the Visa Bulletin via the website https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html. Click on the month of the “Current Visa Bulletin”.

USCIS Visa Bulletin Website Update
