The subscriber requires:
- Social security number
- Cigna ID number
- Cigna Healthspring ID
Before registering for an account, the dependent requires:
- Subscriber Cigna ID number, home zip code, social security number
- Cigna-HealthSpring ID
- Home zip code
Note that customers that are below the age of 13 cannot register for this account.

Ensure you have your Cigna ID number, subscriber’s Social Security number, or other form of identification. Also, make sure that you are enrolled to a Cigna plan with coverage based in the U.S. Date of birth and ZIP code must match with file on the employer.
- Go to the website https://my.cigna.com/web/public/guest
- You can start registration and activation directly on the weblink at https://my.cigna.com/web/public/consumer/registration
- Click on Register
- Then click on Start Registration on the next page.
- On the Activate your myCigna Account, enter your first name, last name, date of birth, zip code,
- Click on Next
- Verify your identity by providing your Cigna ID and social security number
- Answer the security questions
- Create a username and password
- Review your account and click on Submit
