Guacamole – Recipe


You can make your Guacamole avocado salad smooth or chunky depending on how you prefer. This recipe is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad that was first made in Mexico. As time goes on, it has become part of international and American cuisine as a dip, condiment, and salad ingredient.

1 lime juiced

3 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed

1 teaspoon of salt

½ cup of diced onion

1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 roma (plum) tomatoes diced

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

Guacamole Recipe

In a medium bowl, mash the avocados, lime juice, and salt together. Mix the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic in the bowl. Then stir in cayenne pepper, and refrigerate for 1 hour for the flavor or serve immediately.
