According to reports form the National Restaurant Association, cited by DoorDash, 56% of adult customers say they would likely order alcohol with their meals orbit was offers as a food delivery option.

How to order alcohol delivery through DoorDash
For customers of adult age, the process is similar to ordering food through the app. But it includes additional steps to verify your ID and age before making purchases:
Launch the DoorDash app. If you are in an area that offers alcohol delivery, you will be able to turn on the alcohol tab to order from restaurants, grocery stores, local retailers, and convenience stores. Add the drinks to your order as you normally would.
Before completing your order, the App will prompt you to verify your age by uploading a picture of your ID. Take note that this is only a one-time process that you won’t have to do again for your next alcohol order.
Only the photo and birth date on your ID will be visible to the person delivering your order. Other information are blurred, and once the order is complete the delivery no longer had access to your ID.
Additionally, in verifying your ID at checkout process, the deliverer will check your ID again at the door before handing off tour order for delivery.
